RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. It Should be a minimum 1200 g more according to the birth weight of the child I would like to tell you if your child is gaining a minimum of 400 g every month then that is considered quite an ideal weight gain for the child so just look for the same
