Dear parent, for your baby’s weight gain and growth, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.

give dried fruits as finger foods this will definitely gives bone strength. if you non vegetarians give fish, egg, meat and chicken . add ragi and green leafy vegetables one time per day in his diet .
