what is best syrup for cough pls suggest me my baby coughing more I'm using levosalbutamol suphate,ambrozol hcl,guaiphension expectorant but he is doing vomit

A. , your baby boy is 2 years old and he is having a severe cough so give this medicine along with syrup Augumentin DDS 3 ml twice a day and nebuliser

A. Hi , Dear parents, Kids need detailed and proper physical examination. So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment
