What is best for 20 days old baby to feed on demand or 2-2 hour gap feed ?

You have to feed your child every two hours that is what the doctor say because in the initial two months they really sleep a lot and hardly wake up to take a feed all by themselves and the hours can be awfully long so try to feed the child every two hours if you can manage to do so
