Try to include foods from all food groups daily
Take more protein rich foods like milk, curd, paneer, egg, fish chicken, pulses tofu soya chunks .
Also take lot of Vegetables, fruits daily
Include nuts to your diet daily

a pregnant lady must take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
so take variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, pulses, dairy products etc.
keep your body well hydrated
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
