Give all that you cook for ur family.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses, cereals, soup,fresh fruits juice etc as balanced diet. Take care and all the best
