Burp properly after each and every feed for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp
Feed ur baby as per baby's demand only

Bonnisan five drops you can give it is the safest and the best medicine to offer to the child during this time after the age of six months completion you can give five drops maximum four times in the day and after that also the problem is that you can give 10 drops four times in the day after the time of six months
