what if my 7 month old baby got injured on her face while playing. attached is the injury pic. please suggest

A. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvementz after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean the area with xsoap and water
