Hi Why are you doing the ceremony early because mostly people do it start after completing the age of six months so if you can wait then I would advise you to wait for some more time and if you do not want to wait then you can go for rice and Dal water to begin with you can give Sheila also to your child you can add a little bit of sugar to it otherwise you can add dates are up to it if you want to and also cerelac is fine it’s not an issue
