Nothing will happen because your child is taking birth in the time of nine months only so it’s not an issue so don’t worry about it as sometimes due to complications or sometimes different different reasons a child can happen before and if it is a natural delivery with natural labour that means a child is ready to come out so no issues at all it’s all good
