I parent died for diet for a other with a newborn baby is very essential, need more caloreis than usual as she is lactating, u can eat calorie rich fruits and vegetables,along with dry fruits, and nuts, also in ntake of iron rich foods needed, drink plenty of oral fluids as they tend to get dehydrated

Eat a well balanced healthy diet that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep yourself well hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
