You can give rice porridge Ragi porridge mashed soft fruits like Banana Chiku Apple Puree and other seasonal fruits like mangoes, watermelons,muskmelon. . . .etc.

How are you baby is six months old so you can start giving solids and water to your baby. In starting few days give every thing in a fruit form like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit Peery and with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day
