Give fruits such as apple, pear, banana, plum, peach, papaya, apricot , banana, and avocado.
Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. you can give fruits like Banana or chiku or papaya or rioe avocado. avoid citrus fruits atleast toll one year. you can give soft pulpy fruits. start with small quantity and gradually increase the frequency and quantity of any new food . give in the morning time preferably.
you can give spinach puree or carrot puree to the baby to begin with. even mashed sweet potato is very healthy.
