Just junk food that something that you need to avoid carbonated drinks and all so you should basically factor everything healthy into your diet have more of proteins and fibre in fluid apart from that daily healthy home-made food that’s made at home good grains and village junk food you can have from time to time we don’t advise you to skip it completely occasionally of course you can have after 40 days of your delivery
