what foods should I consume in order to make my baby gain weight during breastfeeding...my baby is 9 months old and getting weight gain slowly.. please suggest

She currently you are child is not not hundred percent dependent on you so I would you say that you you should eat good amount of proteins and include the similar kind of thing into your child’s daily diet your child is now getting about 30% from you and 70% from external so so you need to focus upon the meal of your child
