A. Hai good morning !! From one year onwards you can start family foods (recipes) but less oil, spices,or use ghee/butter. Mashed rice with dal, rasam, curd rice, roti with dal, curd, stuffed roti with curd, cerelac with pulses, grains, dal kichdi, soups, porridges/kichdi/upma/Kheer (oats, Dalia, sooji, Seviyan, ragi, Jowar). You can feed semi solids with bit thickness like porridge/upma texture, if baby started teething you can offer finger foods (steamed veggies chopped as sticks, wedges).
