A. protein rich food is necessary like sprouts....n fruits ...soaked dry fruits like almonds...pista...cashews...pumpkin seeds...sunflower seeds... watermelon seeds....wet coconut...avoid tea ...coffee..cooldrinks....all pup rpose flour...oil n spicy food.
