what food should we give to the child for nutrients and vitamins

A. Dear mum, you should give a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food.
