NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child 3 meals in a day and you can include home made cerelac rice well cooked dal ghee curds banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potato upma kanji khicadi which ae all healthy and nutritious and safe for the growth of your child
