AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. It is the complete food that contains all the essential nutrients required for the baby. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree etc
