Q.
What food should be given to kids during car journey (8hr) in morning to avoid vomiting. Earlier i have given only milk to both of my girls ( 2.8 yr and 5 yr) and they vomit during car journey.

You ask your doctor to give some medicine for motion sickness maybe your child is not able to digest the food because of motion sickness also when the kids are travelling in car they do not feel much hungry so you can give light snacks like Gujarati snacks which are easy to carry in which I easy to carry and they are very much dry and they are good to eat
