Dear parent, for 3 years kid, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Give variety of pulses and legumes. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.

Add caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds, coconut, egg avocado paneer cheese, to baby's recipes for Healthy weight gain
Avoid fried, sugary junk foods
