what food is good for my 2 year old baby??

A. There are variety of fresh, home cooked, nutritious foods that can be included in baby's diet from 2 years onwards. You can feed rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, seasonal fruits, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, fresh juices, chicken and fish curry, boiled egg, omelette, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, pan cake, waffle, khichdi, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, etc. alongwith 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
