There is no one food which will help . so would advise you to include all the food groups like whole grain and millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables , nuts and oilseeds, eggs , healthy fat like ghee.
give combination of all the food groups..
avoid processed and packaged foods

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please encourage your child for physical activity like walking jumping skipping cycling etc
