once baby completes 6 month, you can start with rice water, dal water, porridge, fruit puree, vegetable puree, clear veg soup, homemade cerelac, etc along with breastfeeding.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours, maintain good hygiene.
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
