Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi, Give food which you eat at home. Just make sure to mash it properly so that baby can have it. You can also use mixer to mash it well. Give dal water rice water coconut water and gradually give suji kheer oats kheer khichadi daliya mashed potatoes mashed bnana seasonal fruit and veggies soup eggs soyabean oats etc
