Breakfast idli, steamed dosa, soaked poha n milk, dalia, kichidi, oats porridge Lunch mashed blended rice with dal rasam curd let sambar be watery, include veggies to rice.. Dinner blended rice with milk, blended chapati with milk, cerlac, idli steamed dosa with milk,During mid day or evening you can give soups easy Chewing veggies fruits. till milk is the highly nutrients food. Try to feed 3-4 times during the day. And night feeds on demand.
