ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist1 week agoA. dear mum , after 6 mth complete begin home food in soft mash form keep consistency like ghee start with single ingredient food like veg , fruit , rice , dal then khichdi , dalrice add ghee give few teaspoon 1-2 times a day continue breastfeed
