what exactly is milk protein allergy in infant, doc advice us partially hydrolyzed milk power, also advice me not to take wheat, Midha and milk realated foods, till how many months have to continue this milk powder and when can I start with wheat and milk products in my diet?! doctor advised this when my baby boy is of 3months old now he is running in 5th month.

A. CMPA is a food allergy caused by a baby's immune system reacting to proteins in cow's milk. Some babies may develop CMPA after eating or drinking products containing cow's milk protein, which can cause an immune reaction resulting in allergic symptoms.
