A. good fluid intake and hydration balanced diet having variety of food group specially fruits and vegetables , green leafy vegetables, protein, Omega 3 fats from flax seeds, walnut, pumpkin seeds avoid packaged, processed oily fried food , high sugar food physical activity and exercise helps to remove toxin and reduce acne
