You Should give light and easy food for your child to die just like a little bit of liquid or Khichdi can be given and also I would advise you to give really good amount of liquids to the child buttermilk milk juices lemonade beetroot spinach all the rich stuff an iron can be given to the child but it’s very important to give good amount of liquids coconut water also helps a lot in this
