For dengue important thing is to maintain optimal hydration by taking water or fresh home made juices ( if not diabetic ) , fresh curd buttermilk
Include fresh fruits like kiwi, papaya, apple, oranges in the diet
Have small and frequent meals
Mix veg soups, veg khichdi, upma, daliya with vegetables in the diet
Do not exert too much rest as much as possible

I suggest you take papaya leaf juice twice a day
it is very helpful
please take easily digestible food
please take liquid diet as possible
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
