Hey mom..! start solids from 6 months with single foods and gradually feed mixed fruits and vegetables...8 months old baby should have 3 to 4 meals of 3 to 8 oz including water 2 to 8 oz and breastmilk as per demand...mixed cereals like ragi,brown rice,moong dal...are so nutritious....add varieties to their meal..so they don't get bored of the same food...don't forget daily vitamins

Give 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care:
