what daet to eat for weight gain

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain, you can give foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.
