what could be the reasons for blood getting clotted within fraction of second while taking out the sample for test / d-dimer test of 4 months baby.

A. any disorder. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

A. This is normal, usually blood has to clot faster to avoid prolonged bleeding that affects body in several ways. speak to your doctor once for same.
