What could be the reason for my baby passing stool like this, and what is the remedy? Her tummy felt hard and she was crying, so I gave her gas drops.

Hard tummy associated with stomach pain so gas medicine is not going to help and relaxing the child but you should definitely give proper stomach pain medication after consulting the doctor and the motion seems to be fine but still I would recommend you to check with your doctor
