what can I use for rashes on my baby skin it appears rough and dull. age 2months

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be dry skin rashes . so ,I advise to apply coconut oil or any good brand like Babyhug brand lotion on this. shorten your child bath time up to 10 minutes. use Luke warm water to bath your child.
