Komal Karan NandaGuardian of a 7 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. try to give your child first medicine which is named by maxtra 5 ml it is a such a wonderful medicine for a child for having a cough or cold after that you should make a apple smoothi it is fine no added banana or any other fruit Apple is completely fine for now

For the proper growth and development a balance diet is required that should be containing pulses and rice along with green leafy vegetable and fruits . Any protein powder like pediasure can be started after the baby age is 2 year or above.
