A. dear mom for increasing blood you can have green vegetables especially spinach,carrot,beetroot,pomegranate,,banana

A. hi you mean to say to increase haemoglonin level na ? if yes then spinach , broccoli ,tomatoes ,betroot , nuts and dry fruits like almonds , fig , apricot ,raisins and fruits like apple., papaya, dates , pomegranate are good source of iron you can give fruit pulp ,its juice , soup etc
