Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand the problem. this definitely needs a personal medical attention. Consult your child's doctor for evaluation and advice. RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. 105 is an extremely high fever I suggest you to kindly consult the doctor get a blood test done to know why the fever is so high and what kind of medicine would be required if there is an infection what kind of course of antibiotics would be required so a blood test is going to clear up the picture for you
