What can I do for my child constipation I am so frastatic...every doctor suggest laxative ...I am given her prunes and oats

A. Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Changes in diet has to be made Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation. Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. d d it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. d You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to try to give your baby jaggery and warm water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and you should try to give honey with warm water to the child
