What can be this bruises It doesn’t harm but it’s been there for a week.. I have anti itching cream to it

I think it is a fungal infection you can apply candidate B ointment onto that area regularly that’s going to help in reducing it down over the period you can apply at least 3 to 4 times in the day and avoid sweat in this region so you can also apply candidate dusting powder alongside
