Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because of growing pain or nutritional deficiency. offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. give multigrain food, calcium rich food like ragi, nuts dairy products etc more. give Massage to your child daily avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
