What can be done for Gestational diabetics? What food can I have to control my sugar level?

A. it will be a better approach if you take proper guidance from your Gynecologist regarding this as she igds the better person to advise you regarding this problem, you can get all your queries cleared in detail and receive proper treatment if required for this.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal these days in pregnancy and please avoid direct sugar and have more green leaves vegetables and follow the doctor prescribed medication too. Take care
