What can be a good diet for 7 months old baby except breastfeeding ? Can solid foods like small size paratha could be given to baby ?

U Should start giving Paratha and all after the age of 10 to 11 months not before that this is the right time for introducing semisolid food which has a consistency more like liquid so your child can have it like vegetable purée soup Suji Kheer Upma and all these things at the right kind of food that you should be giving to the child
