what are these patches on her face? there is discoloration of skin. Is this treatable? is it because of eczema?

Hello ma’am I think the picture you tried attaching to the query has not been attached so I am unable to see so I cannot tell you what kind of infection actually it is so it would be best for you to consult a dermatologist ones regarding the same and Proper medication
