Stop giving him milk slowly
Give him papya and apples crush and vegetables smash and oatmeal daily
Let him drink lots of water

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give more water fibre rich food fruits vegetables juice papaya pear banana carrot whole grains milk products
Stay hydrated
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana etc
