Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

some common symptoms of it are :
-crying during urination ,which can be indicative of pain.
-pain in the lower abdomen ,which can be observed if your baby cries when you gently palpate or press on the region .
-urination that is more frequent than usual.
-vomiting
-fever.
but please don't self judge your child.
