Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. in thalassemia minor the child will not have any major complaints except anaemia and less hemoglobin while in thalassemia major the child will need blood transfusion again and again.advisable to meet your doctor for full information
