start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

U Can give more of dairy products to the child cottage cheese and tofu supposed to be highest source of protein in vegetarian so you can go ahead with that and if you eat nonveg or you don’t eat nonwagg that’s not clear to me but at least you can try to give egg to the child if not chicken and fish
